What we Offer

Kinetix Lab Group Classes

Group classes ranging from dance classes to to kettlebell group classes are conducted within the studios. Some classes may not seem to be in line with the entire concept of the gym; however, we recognize the fact that these classes offer an alternative for clients easing into being active and later on engaging into a more rigorous exercise regimen. Another reason for the inclusion of dance, yoga, mobility and circuit weight training classes is to add more enjoyable exercise options conducted in a group setting

We believe that this forges a better sense of community anchored in the idea that everyone is positively involved with each other’s fitness goal.

Kettlebell Class

Barbell Class focuses on Barbell techniques which includes the foundation of the Squat, Bench press, Deadlift, Military press, Snatch, and Clean & Jerk movements.
