ki-ne-tic: (1) of or relating to the motion of material bodies and the forces and energy associated therewith. (2) a. ACTIVE, LIVELY b. DYNAMIC, ENERGIZING

lab/noun/: a room or building with scientific equipment for doing scientific tests or teaching science, or a place where chemicals or medicines are produced.

Kinetix Lab may be a stylized amalgamation of the words kinetic and lab but we are very serious about what it means to us and how it translates to you, the reason why we are here in the first place. Kinetic energy connotes motion. And as the quote goes “Movement is life”, we find meaning and purpose in the movement of the human body within the context of sports and exercise. Beyond the obvious benefits of living an active lifestyle and engagement in sports, the more profound outcome of physical activity is what we are after. Becoming stronger, performing better and being healthier are but an expression of what truly occurs within the psyche of an individual who is fully engaged in unlocking his or her physical and athletic potential. Affecting a greater sense of self-esteem and developing grit are the definitive outcome of this pursuit. All of this transpire within the “Lab”. The Lab is the setting. It is where methods and practices are created, modified and validated. Although, the Lab goes beyond the equipment, tools and even the people. These are all important don’t get me wrong. What is more crucial though, is how the people, facility, equipment and underlying values bond to give rise to a culture. Without a culture of empowerment and excellence, the “Lab” wouldn’t be a lab. It will just be like any other gym: a storage room of expensive pieces of iron and machines.

Kinetix Lab is an underlying set of values, a manner of execution in training the human body and an animated place of practice all rolled in to one. Though, among the pieces that constitute us, you, without a doubt, are the most important. None of these makes sense without a product. You as a highlight. I can preach all day about these things but fact of the matter is one must take the first step. Our life’s work is now out in the open for everyone to observe, scrutinize and experience. I guess the next “move” is on you.
